The double sided one can be turned over and looks like a real quarter. The problem, and reason that there are two versions is that from the side, the one that doesn't have two sides looks better, since the flap is much smaller.

With the double sided one, you can much more easily see the flap from the side.

So it is a tradeoff. We usually stock the double sided version, because that way you don't have to switch the quarter as quickly.
